Objective: Technical implementation of the site 

The development programme of the Ministry of Social Welfare and Labour of the Republic of Lithuania was implemented to develop an environment suitable for people with disabilities in all spheres of life.
Ensuring accessibility of physical infrastructure for people with disabilities.
Creating a mechanism for monitoring and controlling the accessibility of structures. As part of this activity, an information technology tool was created to monitor the accessibility of buildings for people with disabilities.
With this tool, people with disabilities can get accurate information about whether a building meets the needs of people with disabilities. 
A specially designed map provides information on the accessibility of buildings providing various services. 
Information on building adaptation is presented according to different types of disability: sight, hearing, physical and cognitive limitations.
The accessibility of buildings is assessed using specially selected accessibility criteria. 
The owner of a public building must fill out a special questionnaire in the system, assessing the accessibility of the building for people with disabilities according to certain criteria.
The website allows you to report a building that does not meet accessibility requirements by filling out a special notification form. 
The information gathered through this tool will be used to analyze the accessibility of buildings for people with disabilities and to plan investments in buildings.
